The most frequent question I am asked is about pricing. With each Doll Mansion being designed specifically for a client, prices vary. No two Doll Mansions I have built have been the same, but after having done this for a while now, I have come up with a rough estimate price list which I hope you find helpful.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I AM LOCATED IN TAMPA, FLORIDA. ALL SHIPPING IS TAKEN CARE OF BY MY CLIENTS. I AM ABLE TO BUILD IN SECTIONS WHICH HELPS WITH TRANSPORT AND GETTING THROUGH DOORWAYS. I AM ALSO ABLE TO DELIVER HERE IN TAMPA OR GET THE DOLL MANSION TO A SHIPPING COMPANY IF IT IS LOCATED IN TAMPA WHICH HELPS LOWER THE COST. IF ANYONE HAS ANY HELPFUL INFORMATION WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING SUCH LARGE ITEMS, I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU. SHIPPING IS BASED ON SIZE, WEIGHT, AND DISTANCE OF TRAVEL.

A Doll Mansion begins with the # of rooms and overall size. Each room will come with base boards, flooring, paint or wallpaper, crown moulding, & a white ceiling; the roof will be painted; all front-facing edges are finished with trim; house exterior (front and sides) painted-about $150/room. For instance, a 4-room Doll Mansion would begin at $600.
